Standing Seam Metal Roofing

We're proud to offer a diverse selection of roofing options for you the homeowner. We spoke a little about standing seam on the website already, but here is a little more information digging deeper.

1. Gauge Options: We offer three different gauge options to suit your specific requirements and budget. Our standing seam metal is available in 26ga, 24ga, and 22ga. Each gauge provides its own level of strength and durability, allowing you to choose the best option for your roofing project. If you're unsure of which gauge is best for you in consideration to your location in Montana, we can help recommend the best options within your budget.

2. Snap Lock Standing Seam System: The Snap Lock standing seam roofing system is a popular choice for its ease of installation. This system is unique because it is snapped, bent, folded, and riveted into place. All screws used to secure the panels are completely hidden as well.

3. Mechanical Lock Standing Seam System: When it comes to strength and security in a roof, Mechanical Lock Standing Seam is a wonderful choice! The panels are mechanically seamed together using special clips and tools, which overall provides more protection for you roof and is more durable to withstand the harsh weather conditions in Montana, Roofing Montana.

With standing seam metal roofing systems, you can create a very unique look for you home, without worry for durability. Our team is more then prepared to help you choose the right option, appropriate gauge, and best color for you location and home.

Please note that availability of colors does depend on your choice of metal. In the photos you're seeing a 22 Gauge Standing Seam Metal, Weathering Steel.

Tuff Rib Metal Roofing

Tuff rib metal roofing is an exposed fastener system. Even though we do recommend a hidden fastener system, this exposed fastener system is still a very reliable choice.

1. Cost-Effective:  Tuff Rib comes standard in a 29 Gauge which is the thinnest gauge on the market, but it also comes in a 26 Gauge. So not only does that make it cost effective, but it is easier and faster to install, so labor costs are typically lower then if you were to install standing seam.

However, when going with the exposed fastener system, metal screws may need to be replaced between 12 years the soonest, and 18 years the longest, depending on a few factors you can ask us about.

2. Ease of Installation: As mentioned above, it is a lot easier to install then a hidden fastener system. It's less work because all the screws are installed exposed, they come in wider panels (3ft panels) and there isn't any bending of the panels done in the valleys or the eaves. this is a Pro for installation, but also a Con for over time when facing high winds in Montana.

3. High-Quality Materials: Even if this metal roofing system is a bit cheaper than others, it doesn't compromise on quality or durability. This roofing system will still hold up over the years, if it is installed accurately.

Corrugated Metal Roofing

The corrugated metal roofing system is our recommendation when it comes to an exposed fastener metal roofing system. This system does not compromise on durability what so ever. It comes in multiple gauges same as the standing seam metal roofing system, and it has a way more desirable aesthetic appeal to it as shown in the photos.

Corrugated roofing panels are made from high quality metals such as steel, aluminium and copper, which makes it far more durable of a roof system then any other exposed fastener system. The rigid style of panel also makes them resistant to bending or denting, so less likely to take hail damage of most sizes. When using corrugated metal, you can rest easy knowing your roof will stay strong and protect your home for many years to come. In addition to durability, standing seam comes in many different gauges and colors to suit just about any home. Having options of colors to choose from is always better in our opinion.

Another advantage of corrugated metal roofing is its still very lightweight, so there isn't much worry for any issues with structural changes to be needed.

The installation for corrugated metal is very straight forward like the other exposed fastener systems. So you can expect it to be a little cheaper then installing standing seam metal roofing, but to be a bit more costly then the Tuff Rib Metal Roofing Montana system.

Whatever type of roofing you're considering, or maybe you are unsure as of now which you would like. We can help you with determining which system is right for you, and help you decide on a color option as well.

We are very dedicated to making any roofing project go as smooth as we possibly can for you.
